Idol airplay: Spins increase for Daughtry, Carrie Underwood, Fantasia and Adam Lambert

More than 3,000 spins separate the two top songs -- Adam Lambert's If I Had You and Daughtry's September -- from the third song on this week's American Idol airplay chart. And, with play in multiple formats, both singles see large spin increases this week, according to MediaBase (377 for Adam, 775 for Daughtry).

While September and Carrie Underwood's Mama's Song (now top 20 on USA TODAY's Country airplay chart) both see greater spin increases, Fantasia's I'm Doin' Me makes the biggest chart jump -- 30 places, as it climbs from No. 62-No. 32 (it's also No. 29 at Urban AC).
